Payment & confirmation of reservation

Depending on period of stay and number of nights you are required to pay a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking in order to confirm your reservation. This deposit varies by apartment, but it is typically 10-20% of the total reservation amount. The balance is payable directly to the property owner in cash (either Euros or Kuna) upon arrival. Sometimes, depending on period of stay and type of accommodation, we can offer you possibility to pay total amount upon arrival, without payment of deposit in advance. If you accept this condition of payment we suggest you to book our transfer at arrival. After confirmation of reservation we shall send you by e-mail all details regarding payment.

Arrival information

We suggest to all our clients to book our transfer at arrival because this is the fastest and easiest way to find selected accommodation. If you do not want to book our transfer, than we shall send you all details regarding accommodation such as address of accommodation and details regarding landloard (name, phone number...) or contact person who will receive you in accommodation. We suggest also to all our clients to have mob phones with them in case that they have to contact landloard (owner of apartment). You can contact your landloards regarding all information and also if you want to book transfer in departure.
